Scope, limitations & how to read the numbers +

This is a researched shortlist, not a census of every mover in Mississauga. The nine listings were identified through Google Maps and company research; no company supplied a placement instruction. Google displays rounded star ratings, so a tie does not mean identical underlying averages. Review counts measure volume, not verified quality.

Facebook percentages are reproduced exactly as displayed; we do not recalculate them from the review count. Missing Facebook data does not reduce a company’s position. Ratings are a snapshot from October 15, 2026, not a live feed or a guarantee of service. This comparison does not independently verify insurance, staffing, pricing or individual review authenticity.

Professional Movers’ website links to two Facebook pages. We show the rated ProfessionalMoversofficial page; its professionalmoverca page showed “Not yet rated” with 0 reviews.

¹ Facebook is shown at page level and may include other branches. “Not displayed” means no public rating was visible; “Page not confirmed” means an official page was not identified. Neither means a zero rating.

03 / A CLOSER LOOK

Look beyond the stars.

A high average and a large review history tell different parts of the story.

01

Four listings share a 5.0

Easy, Professional Movers, Shark and Aleks all display 5.0. Their review counts range from 94 to 1,038—a useful reason to read beyond the headline.

02

A separate view from Facebook

Aleks has the highest displayed recommendation percentage among the five pages with available scores: 98% from 65 reviews. That is page-level feedback, not a branch-only score.

03

Service mix matters

Reviews can describe a full house move, storage, or a single delivery. Look for experiences that resemble the move you are planning.

04 / YOUR MOVE, YOUR QUESTIONS

From a good shortlist
to a better moving day.

Whether it’s a Square One condo, a Port Credit apartment or a house in Erin Mills, give every mover the same details before comparing quotes.

01

Describe the complete move

Share the inventory, pickup and delivery addresses, stairs, large items and anything that needs disassembly.

02

Clarify building access

For condos, confirm elevator bookings, loading areas, parking and the permitted moving window with your building.

03

Compare the written total

Ask about minimum hours, travel time, materials, stairs, long carries, deposits and cancellation terms.

04

Read the recent reviews

Look at both positive and critical reviews. Pay attention to communication, timing and how problems were handled.

06 / GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you book.

What these ratings tell you—and what to ask next.

Which mover ranks first in this comparison?+

Easy Moving ranks first with a displayed Google rating of 4.6 and 332 reviews. The order is based on Google stars, then review count—not a claim that one company is best for every move.

Why aren’t Google and Facebook combined?+

Google uses a star average while Facebook shows recommendations. Facebook pages can also cover multiple branches. Combining them into a single number would hide those differences, so we display both and use the local Google listing to determine rank.

Why does a company have no Facebook score?+

A page can be not yet rated, have no rating publicly displayed, or be difficult to identify as official. We show the observed status. Missing data is not evidence of poor service.

Does a 5.0 mean every review is five stars?+

No. Google displays a rounded average. Read the distribution and recent reviews on the linked listing to understand the detail behind the number.

How much will my move cost?+

This comparison does not publish unverified price estimates. Request written quotes using the same inventory, addresses, dates and access conditions. Compare what is included, how time is charged and which extras could apply.

How current is this guide?+

The ratings and counts were checked on October 15, 2026. They are a dated snapshot and do not update automatically. Open the Google and Facebook links to see the latest figures before booking.
